When you reach the checkout section, please enter your shipping information and contact information. At the payment section, you can choose option: "TransferWise (aka Wise) - For Japan, Australia, European and North American Customers".
Do not worry, placing an order with us does NOT require any payment yet.
We will follow up with you on making payment manually: - We email you / Whatsapp you / text you to get in touch about using Wise / World Remit / Revolut / STC Pay or cryptocurrency for collecting the payment. All information regarding your order will be clearly stated in our communication to you.
No! Paypal has banned vaping products from their platform. So we cannot rely on Paypal anymore. Paypal relies on Mastercard/Visa so we do not use Credit Cards anymore.

We accept payments using WISE / World Remit / Revolut / STC Pay as well as international bank transfers. We can also send you a credit card link to pay after you have submitted your order.
We also accept cryptocurrency - BTC and ETH.
What is WISE (aka Transferwise) ? Basically, its an international service for sending payments that is MUCH CHEAPER then using credit cards/paypal.
Even using cryptocurrency is MUCH CHEAPER than using credit cards/paypal.
We ship all our items from our warehouse in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
No. Cash on Delivery is not possible. We are shipping your goods from our location in Malaysia. We rely on DHL and Aramex and they do not do Cash on Delivery for international shipments.
Once you go to checkout and have completed all the necessary steps, you will receive a Order Confirmation email clearly stating your order number. We will contact you within 24 hours about making payments. Once payment is made, we will ship out your order from our location in Malaysia.
If you have not made payment, we will not ship out your order.
Once payment is made, you will also receive a tracking code that allows you to easily track your parcel every step of the way.

Since Australia is a huge country, it can take longer if your postal code is outside major urban areas. Delivery to Sydney, Melbourne, Perth metro areas takes 5-6 days generally speaking.
For New Zealand, shipping times using DHL is about 7-8 days.

We realize that in many countries, vaping has becoming a very sensitive topic. We make every effort possible to protect your privacy and we mark your parcels as containing a different type of item. All orders are discreetly packaged with lots of bubble wrap for protection in a plain brown box.
If you have a request for us to mark the items as gifts or anything more specific... do let us know and we will be happy to follow your instructions.
Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email notifying you that your order has shipped. This email will also contain your tracking number and a link to the shipper's website for you to inquire the tracking status of your package whenever you desire.
We use DHL and Aramex for shipping 90% of the time. If you would like us to ship with another shipping company do discuss by getting in touch with us.
We take every care to pack your parcel securely and to be protected during transit. Should your item be damaged by the shipping carrier in transit to you, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receiving your package. Please include detailed pictures of the damage to the unopened package. At that time, we will do our best to determine what action should be taken.
In the unlikely event that you should receive an item that is not what you ordered, we will do our best to correct it promptly. Do let us know within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.
