This will ensure that you get your juices in a reasonable period of time and bypassing the long waiting times associated with regular economy parcel services that are struggling to cope during these challenging times.
It is advisable that you maximise your parcel weight to be 1.0kg or thereabouts to take advantage of the discounted shipping rates. You can see the total weight of your parcel in the cart page.
For the above destinations, 1.0 kg parcel roughly amounts to 600ml of ejuice.
All deliveries are in a sturdy parcel box with dimensions of 255mm x 185mm x 70mm (10.0 x 7.3 x 2.8 inches) that can fit up to 10 standard sized 60ml (total 600ml) bottles and weighing approximately 1.0kg.
We will not take responsibility or refund for your loss if the consignment(s) are confiscated/seized/held and not released by your customs. We do not cover any charges arising from your customs and you are fully responsible for these charges. As at December 2020, Paypal has made the unfortunate policy decision of denying its payment platform from being used by businesses involved in the vaping industry (https://www.ecigclick.co.uk/paypal-bans-vape-payments/).
As a result, we are no longer allowed to transact in US Dollars and instead transact in Malaysian Ringgit. While you may view the products in different currencies, please be aware that the final amount shown and charged at checkout will be in Malaysian Ringgit. What this means is that the charge will be in Malaysian Ringgit but converted to your local currency in your credit card statement.
The currency exchange rate charged is determined by your credit card issuer and not by us and we have no power to influence the exchange rate set by your credit card issuer.

Returns / Exchange Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any of our products regardless of whether they have been used or not. If you have any questions about products, please contact us by email or chat before placing an order. If there is a problem with your order, an amicable solution shall be found not involving a refund.
All sales for consumable or disposable products are final. We cannot accept returns on or offer refunds for the following types of products:
E-Liquids, Nicotine Salts, Replacement Coils/Atomizers, Replacement Pods, Pre-Filled Vape Pods, or any other oral-use, consumable, or disposable product.
Products listed in the Clearance section or sold at Clearance prices are not eligible for return or refund.
Any attempts to return consumable or disposable products will be refused, for the safety of our customers and employees.
Lost & Undelivered Packages:
Lost or undelivered packages are not the responsibility of Punk Juice.
For international orders outside of Malaysia, we only use express couriers like DHL Express, FedEx and Aramex Express that have a track record of providing a good level of customer service and generally take great care in handling and delivering parcels.
We strive in the upkeep and resolution of such matters, and any erroneous shipping issues must be reported within 24 hours of the last tracking update. Please note that erroneous and incomplete address submissions inputted by the user will cause delays, returns, and other issues that will impact the successful shipping of your order. We are not responsible for any and all costs associated with erroneous and incorrect address submissions inputted by the user.
Missing and Incorrect Items:
If you are missing or have one or more incorrect items in regards to your order, email us at sales[at]punkjuice.com with your order number. Please contact us within 24 hours of order delivery. Once your order has been reviewed, an amicable solution will be found.
Damaged in Transit:
If you receive your order with damaged items, you must email us at sales[at]punkjuice.com within 24 hours of delivery. Once your claim has been submitted, reviewed, and approved, we will reship the affected items.
Canceling and Altering Orders:
Due to the volume of orders and inventory management and in our efforts to provide fast service to our customers, once an order has been placed and is in the midst of processing, we are unable to alter or change any order.
Orders may be delayed depending on the time placed as well as conflict with public holidays and other events. Punk Juice observes all major national holidays (Malaysia) and orders placed immediately before or after those days may be delayed. Shipping Couriers may also observe additional holidays upon which additional shipping delays may occur during those times.
