Returns / Exchange Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any of our products regardless of whether they have been used or not. If you have any questions about products, please contact us by email or chat before placing an order. If there is a problem with your order, an amicable solution shall be found not involving a refund. Instead, we can provide store credit.
All sales for consumable or disposable products are final. We cannot accept returns on or offer refunds for the following types of products:
E-Liquids, Nicotine Salts, Replacement Coils/Atomizers, Replacement Pods, Pre-Filled Vape Pods, or any other oral-use, consumable, or disposable product.
Products listed in the Clearance section or sold at Clearance prices are not eligible for return or refund.
Terms of Sale
We will not take responsibility or refund for your loss if the consignment(s) are confiscated/seized/held and not released by your customs. We do not cover any charges arising from your customs (like taxes and duties) and you are fully responsible for these charges.
For more information on duties and taxes, refer to this guide by Borderlinx (http://go.borderlinx.com/tax-and-duty-de-minimis/) which specifies the duties that may be applicable past a certain value threshold. We will not take responsibility for shipments lost/misplaced during transit by the shipping companies.
Punk Juice is not responsible for any packages that are seized or stopped by the authorities, or any fees that are required for international duties. In other words, as a consumer who chooses to purchase and have products shipped to a country outside of Malaysia, you are taking responsibility for your purchase, and acknowledging that you are aware of the laws pertaining to such shipments. Please contact your local authorities for more rules and regulations with regards to vaping products and electronic cigarettes.
