International Shipping

We ship worldwide to over 90 destinations. For all international orders we only provide our International Premium Shipping via DHL backed by our International Shipping Guarantee. If your parcel is not delivered, we will refund you 100% of your order value no questions asked. 

This guarantee is available for international customers and our service will ensure that your package has detailed tracking information from the moment it leaves our warehouse right to your doorstep.

Shipping time is 5-10 business (working) days depending on country. 99% of parcels arrive within one week.

USA/Canada: No issue for parcels to arrive within one week.

EUROPE

UK: Typically one week or 10 days at peak period.

France: Bonjour! No issue for parcels to arrive within one week.

Italy: Small chances (~10%) of customs seizure.

Other European countries: No issue for parcels to arrive within one week.

When you order e-liquids, the last thing you want is for your mailman or anyone else to know about it. That's why discreet shipping is so important. We make every effort possible to protect your privacy from the moment you place your order to the second it arrives at your door. All orders are discreetly packaged in a plain brown box.

The brown boxes will not have our logo anywhere on them. That's not an accident. We want to make sure people can't guess what you ordered just by looking at the box or mailing label. That's why every order leaves our warehouse in plain, anonymous packaging. It might look a little boring compared to some other sites, but it’s definitely discreet.

When required by postal regulations, we'll include a phone number and mailing address in the from field. Otherwise, we'll leave that field completely blank as an additional precaution.

About Your Orders

International Orders 

Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email notifying you that your order has shipped. This email will also contain your tracking number and a link to the DHL website for you to inquire the tracking status of your package whenever you desire.

Domestic Orders (Malaysia Only)

Unfortunately we cannot make changes to an order after the credit card has been charged or PayPal has confirmed the payment. But we can substitute the product of equivalent value as long as it has not been shipped. Please make sure to double check your order before completing the purchase.

If you would like to make a large order of more than 20 bottles, we recommend that you place several smaller orders (i.e 10 each) in separate shipments across 2-3 days. This will assist in smoother processing by your country’s customs. In any case, you may contact us at sales@punkjuice.com to enquire further on processing larger orders and we will guide you accordingly.

Returns and Refunds

We consider it our mission is to bring you quality, affordable, and premium brands that live up to your standards. We understand the need for people to receive great juices at great prices - QUICKLY!

We promise to make every effort to honor requested order changes but cannot guarantee that we’ll be able to. We encourage you to review your shopping cart carefully before submitting your order to make sure it’s just how you like it!

We cannot accept returns on eliquids due to health reasons. If you have an issue with your order please email us immediately at sales@punkjuice.com for the fastest response. We will take any issues into consideration and come to a reasonable and amicable solution with you.

If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item.

Once an order has shipped we are no longer responsible for how long an order takes to deliver to you. There are many factors that can affect shipping timelines, including weather, postal courier errors, etc. We will ship your order in accordance with the timelines stated above. We will also be more than happy to open an investigation for you, but we cannot reship or refund an order that has been shipped.

We take every care to pack your parcel securely and to be protected during transit. Should your item be damaged by the shipping carrier in transit to you, please contact us at sales@punkjuice.com within 24 hours of receiving your package. Please include detailed pictures of the damage to the unopened package. At that time, a customer service representative will determine what action should be taken.

In the unlikely event that you should receive an item that is not what you ordered, we will do our best to correct it promptly. Do let us know within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.

Domestic Shipping

For all Malaysian orders, we use POSLAJU to ensure your orders are delivered quickly and in a timely fashion. A tracking code is also provided for your peace of mind.

Yes. After adding your products to cart, please make payment to the account number we provide you at checkout. The flat rate for shipping is RM8. We will automatically send you the POSLAJU tracking code once we ship. Just email or WA a screenshot of your payment receipt to +601161802568.
